Shailaja started her career as a VC++ programmer,moved on to .NET and then to SharePoint.She has been associated with Accenture and the Avanade Account Group as an Analyst Programmer.She played a key role as one of the core members of the Center of Excellence for SharePoint Technology. 

Shailaja is the India's first woman Winter Olympian-Alpine Skiing,Calgary'88,Vice-President,Indian Biathlon Association, International Training Commissioner - Indian Ice-Hockey Association and Sr.Quality Engg Manager,TurboTax,Intuit.She likes travelling and listening music too.
Shailaja was awarded Most Valued Professional(MVP) by Microsoft Corporation.
